KW warmly invites you to the KW Trackday & Track Performance Training at Bilster Berg.

👉26.-27. German Group (Sunday evening, pre -events, Monday track day)

👉27.-28. English Group (Monday evening pre-event, Tuesday track day)

Event Concept

This exclusive event is designed for existing KW dealers whose vehicles are already equipped with a suspension system from our KW Track Performance product range – KW Clubsport or KW Racing.

If this applies to you, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Under the motto “Always at Your Side”, you can expect a three-day program packed with practical insights into KW Racing and modern suspension technology.

Together with our motorsport and development engineers, we will share our extensive experience from professional racing and demonstrate how to optimally set up and fine-tune a suspension system.

Throughout the entire event, the KW team, including KW Race Service and our experienced development engineers, will provide professional technical support.

NET will provide technical assistance and a workshop directly in the paddock.

Pre Event Program

• 17:00 – Theory Session: “KW Track Performance Training”

  Speaker: Thomas Rechenberg – Head of KW Motorsport

  During this one-hour session, Thomas Rechenberg will share his many years of experience as a motorsport race engineer and provide valuable insights into the working methods, principles, and setup philosophy of KW Racing suspension systems.

• From 18:30 – Evening Event: BBQ & Come Together

  In a relaxed atmosphere with excellent food and refreshing drinks, we will round off the evening together.

Important Information

To ensure smooth communication throughout the event, a WhatsApp group will be created where all important updates will be shared in real time.

Participation-Requierments

Each participating vehicle must be equipped with a KW Racing or KW Clubsport suspension system

Main Event Day

• 08:30 – Driver Briefing

  09:00 – 18:00 – Track Sessions in Two Groups

  • Vehicles with road registration
  • Vehicles without road registration

  13:00 – One Hour Engine Silence

  12:00 – 14:00 – Lunch Buffet
  Served at the TURN ONE Restaurant

  Each group will receive four hours of total track time, divided into four driving sessions (turns).

Media Package & Documentation

The participation fee includes:

• Professional motorsport photography by the agency “Gruppe C”
  Each participant will receive a download link for free use of the images.
• A high-quality highlight video produced by KW, provided free of charge to all participants.

Personal photo or video recordings are only permitted with prior approval from KW.
A separate safety briefing at Bilster Berg is required for this.

Hotels

Hotel reservations must be arranged individually by participants.

Rules and regulations

Regeln WITHOUT road registration:

• Vehicles without registration are allowed on track.Slick tires are permitted.

• Liability between participants is excluded, but liability towards the organizer’s facilities and Bilster Berg remains.

Regeln WITH road registraion:

• Only fully road-legal vehicles may participate.

• Temporary or special registration plates are not permitted.

• Only road-legal tires are allowed — NO SLICKS.

• Liability between participants remains in effectn.

General Rules

This event is intended exclusively to improve vehicle control and driving skills, allowing participants to drive more safely in public road traffic in the future.

Attempts to achieve maximum speeds or organize races are strictly prohibited.
If such behavior is suspected, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the event without refund.

Before the training begins, each participant must complete the online briefing and sign the liability waiver.
These records will be stored and shared with relevant parties if necessary.

Paid rides or taxi services, as well as instruction by persons not authorized by the organizer, are not permitted.
Violations will result in immediate exclusion from the event.

Sicherheit:

  • Maximum speed in the pit lane: 10 km/h
    
  • Cameras must be securely mounted inside the vehicle

Noise Regulations :

Due to current legal requirements, only vehicles measuring no more than 98 dB(A) in drive-by noise testing may operate on the Bilster Berg circuit.
If a vehicle exceeds the limit, the participant will be informed and given an opportunity to correct the issue.
A second violation will result in a driving ban for the event without refund of the entry fee.

• Vehicles from the LMP3 category
